- Pay with the QR code or the wallet button: they carry your order's reference, which is how we match the payment to you. A transfer typed in by hand cannot be matched.
- Pro switches on once the payment is confirmed on the chain, usually within a minute, and your key is emailed to you. If you already have a free key with this email, the same key becomes Pro.
- Paying again during your week adds another 7 days and another week of allowance. We email you a day before your week ends.

- SOL payments cannot be reversed on the chain. Refunds follow our refund policy.
