When a dev from our library launches

A dev is in the library when the chain shows 3 or more of its pump.fun launches we recorded, with 2 or more of them graduated by the market and at least half of them: the bonding curve completed after the block that created the token, by a transaction the dev did not sign. A token made in pump.fun's Mayhem mode (pump.fun's own trader buys and sells it) never counts as a graduation, and a launch made in Mayhem mode is never alerted. Each alert re-reads its record from the chain, then adds who bought in the first seconds, how many of them have a measured record, how the largest holders got their tokens, and any wallet on your avoid list. The same alert as in Telegram.
